Hootsmon Headlines

Probably the last post of 2010, unless something way out happens. I did this as `she who must be obeyed' and I tooks turns waiting in a phone queue to make an insurance claim.
The thaw of Sunday night melted the huge weight of ice on the roof, but most of it seemed to come down the inside of the South facing wall.
So we're now waiting for a surveyor...
Thanks to everyone who commented or just lurked. A Guid New Year tae ye a'.

  5. Sorry I haven't been lurking recently, well certainly not as much as I would have liked.

My problem was that the fekin computer blew up and I had to use, permission occasionally granted, Mrs Panda french speaking keyboarded computer; nightmare!

Anyways daughter one came doon just before Xmas carrying a nifty wee notebook with a QWERTY keyboard. Halleuja for small mercies.

Have you ever tried to "google" Pseudopishavia and all the variations into a furrin search engine?

As I had lost all my bookmarks I couldn't connect with you and when I did I usually shut wihout bookmarking you; mustn't let Mrs Panda see what I am trawling as she may realise it is not porn and become disinterested in me.

So, ye are now bookmarked, Ya Bass!

I wish you and yours and all the other asylum seekers who post or lurk here all the best and a good healthy recovery in 2011, even (maybe especially) Niko as he needs all the sympathy and support possible.

Hope you get the structural problems sorted and remember after 3 or 4 Highland Park's who the hell cares, until tomorrow anyway. So, stay drunk, it works for me.

Have a great Hogmanay and a "bonne continuation) in the N'erday!

  7. Hey Conan,

I'm sorry to hear about your structural problems. I guess there is hardly a house without some issues of some sort. I hope you get it all sorted.

Thanks for all the Hootsman headlines, and a Happy New Year to you and Mrs C.
