  3. Ok, someone want to explain the "internet connects to Scotland" joke? Or is there an explanation? =-)

  4. CH, isn't that ejaculation?

The superinjunctions only apply in English law Joanne; A Scots newspaper can break it if they have the balls. The joke was about the Londoncentric view of this...

  5. I understood (oddly enough) about English law not applying in Scotland. I just couldn't figure out why an internet connection in Scotland would be a shock. After all there are all those cybernats out there who must have one unless they connect by means of a hamster wheel.

Hey does anyone know where I could get information on Guernsey 18th century marriage laws for a fellow writer? Specifically if they had a waiting period as in England?

  6. I say Old Bean, when I click on the newspaper to get a larger, more readable image it only loads the top half of the journal. Did the same yesterday but thought it was me cathode ray tube but no, it is still disemboweled today. Is that a subtle Conan joke concerning the screaming man who looks although he is carrying a suicide bomb in an unusual place.
