Was watching Vintage TV in the pub lunchtime yesterday, on came Sailor by Petula. Gobsmacked that I remembered the words!
I was sitting in the front row at one of her concerts and someone shouted to her 'sing "Sailor" '. SHE couldn't remember the words, never mind you! She sang it in French and managed half a verse in English... If only you'd been there!
