Brown to walk the walk

  1. Brilliant again! But where's the supremely evil SNP tax headline?

  2. Excellent Conan - love the horrible smiley face. It's a shame that voting Labour has been entrenched in Glasgow NE for over 70yrs and it's still the most deprived area of the UK. You'd think they'd give the SNP a chance to offer something better.

  3. Thanks Dram, lost too much definition in the photo, so it squeezed the evil tax out.
We have hopes GV, so long as there's a postal strike...

  6. Must admit he looks really glaikit in that outfit but then again he always does and so do all those who wear it. I seem to recall a certain photograph where the referee Tiny Wharton and the captain of Rangers were appearing to give each other a certain hand-shake - it's possibly a unionist trait/or not as the case may be.

  7. Aye, the postal strike could put the mockers on the Labour win that they are all anticipating. Imagine too that they've wasted all these stamps!

I think I heard somewhere that something in the region of 45% of the population of the ward is dependent on Incapacity Benefit (although that may only be a part of the ward), but I wonder how Gordon's gonna explain that he will have them out of the house, on a course, then downgrade their benefit to JSA... or whatever it's called now....?

I'd take some heavies with me if I were him.

  8. This quote from the Scotsman
"One party source said Mr Brown represented Labour's "strongest campaigning tool" and would be a welcome addition to the campaign."

    I almost agree...
